What handgun would you like to see?

A singlestack P2000 and/or USP9C that takes P7M8 magazines.
The 92 Stock or 92 Combat kicked up to full scale production.
92G to come stock with a circumsized barrel.

A new Colt woodsman type 22
A nice polished blue 1911 with out big ugly rollmarks

DA revolvers with easily changeable cylinders 9mm/38 45 colt/ACP

Stock revolvers for IDPA Moonclips and 3 or 4" barrels

A K frame in 9mm with moon clips 4" & 3" barrel IN BLUE with fixed and adjustable sight models

A L frame 5 shot 45 acp and Colt fixed sights

N frame 45 colt fixed sights pencil barrel and heavy barrel

Sisco says:"Lever action in .41 mag."

Hey, you know Marlin now has the 1894FG in .41Magnum out? It's going for just over $400 in most places. Just FYI. RKBA!

The CZ 75/85 line in stainless steel (think this is going to be a reality, but not sure)

A .22 caliber Glock

Another squeeze-cocker like the P7, but cheaper to drive its prices down.

Colt 1903

A Colt 1903 hammerless in 9mm. If they made those now I think they would sell like hotcakes!

Similar to what Croyance suggested,

A BHP (Hi-Power) with a titanium frame and a 1911 trigger, Novak night sights, stippling on frontstrap, some black hard-chrome finish.

What I'd like to see = A pistol with:

- An absolute maximum unloaded weight of 25 ounces.
- Overall length of no more than 7.5" and no less than 6.0", with a barrel at least 3.5" in length.
- A full-length grip.
- At least ten-round capacity, assuming chambering in 9mm or .40.
- A grip no more than 1.1" across at the widest point. No finger groves, palm swells, or thumb shelves.
- A fixed barrel.
- A system of operation that is clean, self-regulating, and highly reliable, that allows for the above-mentioned fixed barrel.
- A single-weight trigger with a crisp, soft break and a very short reset length. Overall trigger travel from rest to firing should not exceed 0.25".
- An ambidextrous manual safety. I've grown used to such things. Make that ambi controls all around.
- No porting. No equipment rails. No grip safties.
- Very strong, all-steel magazines with a friction-reducing coating inside and out.
- As few nooks and crannies as possible on the inside of the gun.
- Full-length slide rails would be nice.
- A small thing - use industry-standard sight cuts. No one will ever agree on The One True Sight, so making it easy to change is a good thing.
- A street price under $700.

I'd like to see a USP Expert in 10mm,

A P7 single stack in 10mm and .45,

Ex Brown Kobra Carry in an aluminum frame in 9x23

.22 version of the S+W .17HMR revolver,

.22 kit for my USP,

and a Scandium J-frame in 9mm.

That's not too much to ask, is it? :D

First wish is easy: Full size CZ-75/85 with rails for attaching a light. This would make for a good home-defense pistol. Graft a 1911-style trigger onto it, and I think I'd be happy as a clam.

Second wish will never happen but I still want it bad:
A modern fixed-barrel pistol chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev. Single or double stack, doesn't matter, though I think a double-stack magazine for 7.62x25 would make for an excessively large grip.

Make a matching carbine with a 16-inch barrel and the ability to accept some sort of red-dot scope that uses the same magazines as my imaginary wonderpistol, and I'd buy one of those, too.

What I would like to see:

1. Colt produce a 5" Series 70 stainless GM in 10mm in the style of the XS Series sans the front cocking serrations.

2. CZ to produce a Bren Ten copy in 10mm.

3. Springfield Armory to offer their entire TRP line in 10mm.

4. Smith & Wesson bring back the 3" barrel 610.

5. Colt bring back the entire XS line (GM, Combat Commander, CCO, Officers Model) all with stainless frames and slides, all Series 70.

6. Colt offer their Defender with a stainless steel frame.

It's not asking for too much, is it? :D

2xTap

HK P7 in .357Sig.

HK P7 in .45 ACP (I know they made like six or whatever).

Anything with an ambi magazine release. I am a righty but my hands are small and it is easier to manipulate ambi mag releases with my trigger finger.

Chris

Seriously?

How about a 2 inch stainless 6 shot 45 ACP revolver with moon clips and NO porting.

How about a BHP in 45 ACP?

How about a C-96 copy that is easier to take a aprt and shoot heavy loads in?

How about a return of the auto mag?

How about Colt New Service 44 magnum?

How about a new model of the Pocket Nine?

How about a real Ligtning Clone in 38/357 or thunderer in 44 special or 44/40 or 45 lc?

And why NOT a 1903 Colt in 9mm?

Oh and lets add a Ruger pistol that is sleek like their 22's, rather than iron bricks.

Kimber Classic or Stainless Target and / or Pro Carry HD in 9mm

A S&W 952 9mm that I can afford,

SW 1911 with match barrel and adjustable sights

Browning HP Standard in .357 Sig

Glock G17 and G19 in .22 rimfire, or a Glock .22 rimfire Factory Conversion

Sig P220 in 10mm

S&W 627 Mountain Gun (non-PC)

I'd be happy to see all the guns we can't get in Massachusetts finally given the go ahead for sale here.:scrutiny:

When Smith & Wesson, a company located in Springfield Mass., cannot automatically get its new products (i.e., SW 1911) approved for sale in the state where it employs people, and pays taxes, then there is something WRONG!

I live in PA, and this situation in Massachusetts still rankles me!

I'm easy to please--all I want is a Lightweight Commander version of the new roll mark Colt M-1991A1. Maybe a version in 9x19mm too. Reintroduction of the Service Model Ace would be great also.

I might be able to come up with some ideas for S&W revolvers if they get rid of that stupid key lock and return to hammer-mounted firing pins, quality tool steel internal parts, blued finishes, and square butt frames on 4" and longer barrel guns. Then again, there are so many used S&Ws on the market, why worry about what they are making now?
