The thought of carrying a pistol, different ones, on different days, pocket, belt Etc-Etc makes me cringe.
Case in point, early 60s part of my job, erecting, repairing, TV Aerials in the UK. Installing rental TVs.
In the cold/wet weather, I wore a US green nylon jacket. It had stitched in slots on the left upper arm.
I was told it was for morphine injectors? No matter, I put a small screwdriver in one, a pen in another.
The number of times I reached for a pen, to my arm, when I no longer wore that jacket (it fell apart!) was amazing. Move that too many and varied guns, places to carry? Frightening, a life and death situation, you reach for your EDC weapon, and it is not there!
Not for me, Glock 19 4th Gen, right hip, 3-30PM, TruGlo night sights, extended slide release. Same gun, same place, always. Spare G17 magazine. Surefire light. Been wearing 511 pants forever! My Wife stitches in a seam it looks as they have just been pressed. Stealing a wallet from a mile deep pocket that is velcro
fastened, is not happening. Belt loops, perfect for wide belts. Ranger T 147g Winchester 9mm, not plus P.
G17 spare mag. NATO hardball. In case a car gets involved. A 3.5" Benchmade folder. Compleats the kit.
An 83-year-old, with a white beard? Nice old Grandad to 8.
