Ok folks, let's see some of those EDCs. This is mine:
Springfield XD-9 SC in a Blackhawk Serpa holster, 16 round spare magazine, Buck Strider folding knife, Sure Fire G2 LED flashlight, and the most important tool...my cell phone.
(I have no particular affinity for S&W, the gun is an heirloom from my grandfather who passed away last spring and the knife you can get for $10 at AutoZone... I bought three )
this and a spare mag when i am in the states. as well upon my return i will also add a good folder ie emerson cqc-15 and or zero tolerance zt302 to my EDC setup.
I like it the best as it is simple, reliable, and powerful enough to do the job. I have been carrying it for about 27 years in the waist pants holster.
Ugh, sorry... I should take a pic but I'm too lazy at the moment. I carry one of a number of semi-autos, subcompact (Kahr MK40ish) to mid-sized (CZ P01 or Sig P6) in IWB kydex holsters. Add to that a Benchmade folding knife and a very small but bright flashlight on my keychain.
jahwarrior, why do you carry your magazines like that? With them facing opposite directions, it seems that 1/2 of the time, you'd try to put the mag in backwards.

practice, practice, practice. did i mention i practice alot? that's how i carry them when i go to the range, so i've gotten used to drawing them and reloading. never had a problem with it.
i carry them like that because, honestly, i have an OCD, and putting them in the same direction makes them look uneven; it'll bug me until i set them level.
kwhi43, my hat's off to you. not many guys would carry a SA wheelgun; my younger brother is about the only guy i know who would. i wish i could shoot them better.
