What Kind'a Gun Related Items Did Santa Bring You For Christmas 2005?

My early Christmas present from my wife, in time for elk season, was a Savage 7mm Rem Mag. My dad got me an MTM Predator Shooting Rest, which I'll test this week, since I'm on vacation.
 
Trueblue, I am jealous. Good stuff there. Everyone my age drinks the cheap crap.

Not exactly gun related but I did get the Streamlight Ultra Stinger I asked santa for. That and some gift cards, one of which will go towards a new stock for my 870.

Oh, and the movie 'Shawn of the Dead" :D

Other than that i got a nice CD player, a wireless router and internet card (which im using right now on my upstairs comp), "American Soldier", "Retreat, Hell!" A nice pool stick, and a very nice wind up pocket watch.

BTW- have to recommend those glock knives. Sharper than plato's wits and nice and thick, but also slim. very good deal for 25$.
 
My SO was very nice to me. She got me a box full of 1911 parts I've been craving.

I know it ain't much but it's what I wanted.
I finally got rid of those POS thumb rest grips that were on my Arsenal Makarov!!

I guess they are gun relatedif only because I'll probably only wear them when I go hunting. I got a set of UnderArmor thermal undies in RealTree Hardwoods green! They are about two sizes too big for me but what the heck I love em anyhow. One heck of a great present from my new hunting partner, my son who just turned 16 and can now big game hunt with me. :cool:

I also got a gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods, that will probably go towardf ammo, some .35 Remington.:)

A great day of trap shooting with friends capped off by shooting my M38. First time I ever saw anyone else shoot it, the fireball was HUGE!!!!!!

I hate to tell you that is not a "deactivated artillery shell".

It is an elephant suppository - the kind they use at the circus when the elephant is stopped up and can't go #2. :eek:

Might be gun related, a neighbor gave me a beautiful hunting knife. He's an old guy and I'd helped him out over the past couple of years, and the other day he shows up on the porch with this knife all wrapped up.

Is a Ruger Blackhawk in .45LC gun related?

Also, got my snowshoes, so I can go shooting and hunting in the winter :)

Only thing I wanted and didn't get was my Ka-Bar :(

But I do have enough money to pick it up when I go to Cabelas next week :)
 
Nothing in particular gun related. I intend to use some gift certificate money to get a portable workbench to attempt to clean up my reloading setup.

Oh, yeah, and my brother and I loaded up 50 rounds of .45ACP with Pyrodex, to see the flame and see if it would crud up an autoloader to the point on inoperability (no it did not).
 
I got 2 bulk boxes (1,100rds total) of .22 RF ammo. Plus some 12ga Buckshot, but its on backorder at Sportsmanguide. I also got some odd and ends gunsmithing tools.

Hello all,
Wife got me a Galco IWB for my Para P12.
My folks got me a Streamlight M3.
I bought my son(3yoa) a 1st gen. G17.
Inlaws got me a gift cert. to WalMart = ammo
I'm gonna try to find a Sig Mosquito for my son.

Having kids is wonderful. Everytime I buy a gun I tell my wife "It's not for me, I'm doing it for the kids!"

Got a Burris 2X handgun scope to put in the S&K mount on my K-31, and a pair of Realtree gloves. And the "Land of the Dead" DVD, which is sorta gun related.

Dad's gift was still the coolest though, a shiny new Poulan chainsaw, with bar oil, two cycle oil, and gallon gas can. Big zombie medicine! :evil:

A Beamhit 190-3 (w/internal laser) practice system, yet another XD (.40 Service), both of which were used...and a mag pouch from the young'un. I musta been REAL good this year.
 
Dear Hubby surprised me with a 9mm UltraStar! Way cool. I already have one but it is really worn. This one looks like new!

And I bought him a back massager. Which he needs after carrying a Hi-Power in a shoulder rig all through a ten-hour workday.
