What Lbs Recoil Spring for Colt Mustang and 1908?

I purchased two new to me firearms this month - a Colt Mustang Plus II and a Colt 1908 both in .380 ACP. I haven't had a chance to shoot either yet but received several recommendations to change the springs (recoil and magazine) in both guns as a cheap precaution for reliability. I went to the Wolff spring site and saw that various pound springs are available for each gun and I wasn't sure how to figure out which one's to buy. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't look like Wolff has but one spring rating for the 1908; I'd get the "extra power" 12 lb recoil spring for the Mustang; and an extra if you plan to shoot it much.
