what nylon 22 would buy

i have a chance to buy a remington nylon apache black 66 for 300 dollors i just got a nylon 77 the man has 8 more one is a nylon 66 mohawk brown the rest are all black nylon tub load he said he would sell me one more whats the best one to buy

If you are into collecting, the black is much less common than the Mohawk brown, but I never liked it.

Also the 77 is less common than the 66, but I never liked it either.

IMHO, $300 is about tops for most of the Nylon line; the brown 66 should be considerably less.

I have no idea. The only one I ever bought was a Model 76 lever action and I gave it to my uncle.

Here's one and the seller wants $995.

If I were you, I would get that Nylon 76 back from your uncle.
That's the only lever gun that Remington ever made and all the ones I've seen were $600 +.

Anyone remember the short lived Remington 522 Viper from the mid '90s? Mine runs great, but I guess there were some issues with them. Terrible trigger, tho. BTW, I got 3 factory mags and wanted more, but they're $40-50 bucks everywhere I looked. Remington dosen't make them anymore.
