What's the smallest .38 Super in a 1911 available ?

Can't seem to find a 9mm compact that fits my description of worth what's being asked for it, so I guess the next option is to go .38 super and fit a 9mm barrel to it.

Looking for the smallest (reliable) size currently available.

Any ideas ?

How small do you want it? STI's LS9 9mm is about as small as 1911's come. As far as Supers go, Colt offered the Commander in 38 (also 9mm). Kimber makes the Pro Carry in 38 Super.
