4.5 to 4.7 grains titegroup, 180 grain bullet of whatever sort, WW primers.

Shoots accurately enough and is economical, minimal recoil impulse.
 
NOTE Due to the type of poly rifling in your Glock, lead bullets are
not supposed to do well in the accuracy department using lead but
excel in Jacketed rounds. I have some instructions that came with
my model 27 that states the warrenty is void with reloads. However
many reload without mishap. The use of any of the expanding XPT
Hornady, gold dots, etc. loaded with Tite Group would be my path
with 180 grains. Some of the cheap practice like Blazer Gold in 180gr
will give you empties and practice.
