What's your recoil limit???

The most powerful handgun I have ever shot is a .44 mag out of a Ruger Super Redhawk. It was a while ago but it was a lot of fun. I, and obviously this is just a personal opinion, do not see the need to shoot anything more powerful out of a handgun. I doubt I would like to shoot a .44 mag out of a lightweight gun so I guess that is my limit. I'm sure I could do it, but I wouldn't like it so what is the point.

If grips fit you properly, I find this to be a sliding scale. The more abuse you take, the more comfortable you become with the abuse, or recoil, until you are permanently injured.

I love the .44 Magnum in both Single Action revolvers and Desert Eagle Autos. I am looking forward to the day when I can get behind the .454 Casull, .480 Ruger, and the .500 S&W
