where can i get these grips?

They're Ahrends, Smith is using them on many of it's handguns.

you can get them from brownells.
for a 586 your want the round to square conversion, fingergrooved, it is item number 052 000-064 for $43 with a "business (non-ffl)" discount, or $60 if you don't register.
I had a set on mine, ended up going with some miculeks.
however i have a set of the ahrends for my j frame, non-fingergrooved and they are excellent.
only problem with brownells is that it is potluck sometimes with what grain/pattern you get, but they are easy to return.
www.pickagrip.com usually has some as well.

Yup--those are the Ahrends, square butt (or round to square conversion; can't tell without seeing the backstrap) on a 586, right?
i emailed the feller who originally posted the picture, they're of unknown manufacture (to him) round butt grips that have been routed out to fit a square butt 586
but the Ahrends square butt and round to square conversion look the same except for the backstrap?
