Which Carry Position Is Fastest....?

Some time back I read a thread here about "Mexican" (holsterless) carry in which somebody who seemed to have a lot of experience with assasination crime scenes in South America suggested that a pistol shoved half way in the front of your pants at ~ 45 deg. can't was "THEE" fastest carry method to draw from.

Lift T-shirt up with left hand pull and shoot from the hip at very close range with right hand. All of about 10" of motion with a natural 90 degree turn.

That is of course, assuming that the piece isn't half way down your pant leg when you reach for it. :^)

You can do the same thing from an appendix carry holster, in fact it'll probably be faster since your gun is less likely to get held up in a kydex holster than on your jeans. Dale Fricke and Raven Concealment both make tiny kydex pieces that only cover the trigger guard designed specifically for the kind of carry you describe.

SouthNarc's ECQC course provides solutions for these issues.
Along with Suarez International's 0-5Ft Gunfighting and Extreme Close-Range Gunfighting.

Look at some of the AMOK! courses also like "Fighting For Your Gun".

+1, especially if you carry a Glock or similar.
