Just picked up a Gen 4 G29. Looking to put a Holosun on it. The 2 companies I was looking at seem to have gone downhill in last couple years as far as recent reviews go.

I just need an RMR cut and refinish, nitride preferably. I dont need windows milled or satellite TV. Quality, followed by turnaround time are my deciding factors.

I am not opposed to outright purchasing a slide, that may even be my first choice. Who has a G29 gen 4 slide in stock?

I don't see the 29 on Lone Wolf's list, but perhaps you could email them and ask about some kind of workaround. They were do a bunch of slide adapters.

FWIW, I recently retired my RMR for a Deltapoint Micro on my older Model 19.

Between lasik and the Primary Arms ACSS Holosun, I've become a believer.

Problem is my job has recently had me start traveling to states with capacity restrictions. I didn't want to risk carrying one of my Dan Wessons, all I have that's legal is a J-frame. So 10 rounds of 10mm won out. And sounds like a solid reason to my wife for another purchase.

Apparently they are having some issues as of late. That was who I was considering, but with recent reviews in the last year, I'm going to pass.

Looks like those issues got sorted. I wasn't aware of them at all until your post. Still, good to know.

I recommend Gun Attic customs in Santa Rosa, CA.

Optic cuts, cerakote, stippling etc
They stippled my G19 frame - amazing work.
