I have a Pre '64 Winchester Model 88 with a cracked stock. It is irreparable. I have been holding out for a pre '64 stock on the various auction sites, but have so far been unsuccessful. I have decided on a new stock. I have located two possible sources.
one is Boyd's. The other is Bob's Gun Shop in Royal, AR. See here. Boyd's stocks have been covered pretty well here in the past, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Bob's or his stocks. Any help is appreciated.
