Winchester 9422 Legacy Tribute 20 Inch Barrel

I bought a Winchester 9422 Legacy Tribute (One of 9422) with the 20 Inch Barrel (Special Traditional) back in 2006.
I see the 9422 Legacys with the 22-1/2 Barrel everywhere but none with the 20 Inch Barrel like I have. Two questions :
(1.) Are the 9422 Legacy Tribute with the 20 Inch Barrel scarcer than the 22-1/2 Inch Barrel models?
(2.) Mine is New, Unfired, In The Box, so what's it's approximate value?

The Blue Book of Gun Values lists this rifle at $425.00 New In The Box - yet I see it on Gun Broker for over $800.00?
The Democrats ain't going to have to OUTLAW guns - the outrageous prices that are
