Winchester white and red box 9mm ammo problems....

I am really getting mystified with some of the posts here that claim they never have had any problems with this ammo, that they always inspect their ammo before loading it?????????

How the heck does inspecting it let you know if there is a primer hole on the inside of the case?

We even ran every single cartridge thru a go/no go gauge before we shot it because I was really thinking it was an ammo issue.

The guns that jammed were a Glock, a Ruger and a Beretta. No junk guns and all have been maintained and are kept clean. (I don't see the point to the question of what type of guns were jammed?).

If there is no primer hole on the inside of the case, things are going to go bad.

Maybe some of you didn't read the whole post because I don't know of any way to check ammo for a primer hole inside of the case just by looking at the outside before you load it??????

All I know is that there was a batch of bad ammo that was ran with the date of 3/12 and it has been documented (google it).

I wish I would have done more research before I started this post because I now see that there was a big issue with this ammo from then. I just wanted to let people know the information and to be careful with any ammo that may have been made with those lot and date numbers.

Regards, AF
