Hello All,

Recently I started carrying an XDs 45 in a DeSantis Sof-Tuck. It is more comfortable than my XD SC 40 in the same type of holster but I am wondering if there is something a little more...comfortable? I can carry my LCP in the same type holster (or a pocket holster) and forget it is there but with my XDs, I tend to have to "fix" myself in some out of the way location to get it back to that somewhat comfortable position. If you have an XDs, what other holsters do you use/recommend? I know nothing about those two belt loop jobs like a Crossbreed Supertuck. How does that feel? Does it ride your hip?

I might need to add that I wear my XDs in the 4 to 5 o'clock position.

All comments are welcome. Learn me something! :)

I carry mine in a hybrid holster from Hidden Hybrid Holsters. Great product, carries great, reasonable price, and comfortable.

I bought a Sof-Tuck for my 45 XDs also. I was disappointed to find it had only a plastic belt clip rather than metal and only one tilt securing screw instead of two like the Sof-Tuck I bought for my CM9. The part that goes over the waistband is narrower on the XDs version also. I bought it online so I didn't get a chance to look at it first.
I'm not sure I like it...looking forward to other replies on what works well for the XDs.

I will be watching this thread. I too bought the soft tuk holster and find it extremely uncomfortable.. Especially when sitting.

I purchased a Swift Draw Holster new off of eBay and i forget it is even there. I was a little hesitant because it is fairly cheep for that type of holster but am very satisfied.

I have crossbreed, Old faithful, and King Tuck holsters and i would say the swift draw is just as good for half the price.

Every day in a crossbreed horse hide super tuck. Gave it a personalized combat cut. Very comfortable, after it breaks in and takes form. Also use their 2 mag iwb mag carrier. Rally like the way a hybrid distributes the weight, and imagine most work similarly.

I have an XD-S and was using a CrossBreed MiniTuck but didn't really find it comfortable. I remember seeing a post or two by 460Kodiak with regards to the Hidden Hybrid Holster he was using so I ordered one. I've been using it for the past couple of weeks and have tried IWB and OWB and couldn't be happier. It is an excellent holster and a great value.

Interesting thanks for the info guys now on which holster to get or maybe get them all .
