No, but I've seen decapping tools very similar to that for picking out the primers from Berdan-primed rifle cases.

They look like they work better than the 70 dollar PITA RCBS Brendan primer tool.

Looks quite a bit like the old Lyman "Nutcracker". The one I had in 44 special worked very well.

Nothing risky about it.

The pointy thing picks the fired primer out.
The flat punch pushes the new primer in.

Perfectly safe.

I may have a set of those in all the stuff of Granpa's I inherited. I know there were a couple things in the boxes I wasn't sure what they are.
