Real life use of the Mossberg Shockwave. Granted this guy is using it for hunting large game, but the end performance on real live subjects is educational.
Canada laws are probably different.I thought you couldn't build a shockwave yourself if the receiver had ever had a buttstock on it.
Does not seem any worse than the bow hunters...I've see a lot of deer not recovered when shot with an arrow. That is not the proper tool for the task.
You just unfairly lumped a whole bunch of people into one category. I’ve seen deer not recovered with bows, crossbows, muzzle loaders, handguns, and centerfire rifles. A poor shot is a poor shot. No matter the weapon. That doesn’t mean anything I said is wrong. The Shockwave was never designed to be, nor should it ever be, marketed as a hunting weapon.Does not seem any worse than the bow hunters...I've see a lot of deer not recovered when shot with an arrow.
You are correct that all types of weapons result in lost deer. The Shockwave does not seem any less lethal than compound bow was the point I was trying to make. I think his video proved it can be used effectively. If you want to argue there are better choices, I would argue that rifles are better choice than bows. You just unfairly lumped a whole bunch of people into one category. By all means judge away.....People should not criticize other people's legal weapon choices unless they are prepared to have theirs judged.

He found a purpose, with limitations not much different than hunting with a handgun.
