image.jpeg Picked this one up a few weeks ago, canik tp9sfx. I'd been wanting an optics ready semi and I kept hearing that canik triggers were outstanding. This thing is amazing, and the trigger is definitely one of the best I've ever shot. It's so incredibly accurate too.

Might have a couple SIGs laying around the house ...

I think you and I might have a different perception on your use of the words "Might have a couple SIGs..."!

You know there are some nations out there that don't have that many pistols in the whole country!

Ruger MK IV Target with fancy walnut grips. Some more of my "remove everything that doesn't look like a grip" efforts.

Ruger SR22 with a Burris FastFire III which did wonders for my accuracy with this thing. My oldest GG daughter can outshoot me with it though.

Blankety, blankey, blank! I can't get this picture size thing right.

Let's try again here's some guns. You should be able to tell what they are.

Better. Let's try another

A nice old Model 66 bought for my wife in back in the '70s. I didn't make the grips. I had my own business and barely had time to do a little shooting, much less make grips.

I'm going to give up. This was supposed to be the same sized picture as the last one. I'm going to stick to messing with guns, not posting pictures on the internet. :cuss:

Whats that next to the Ross, an M95 Steyr with a stainless barrel?
It's a Mk III Ross with a polished barrel left in the white. It is the most accurate military rifle I have ever fired. With good ammo it can shoot 1/2 " groups at a hundred yards. A picture of it below.

That's a beautiful Broomhandle you've got there though like NIGHTLORD40K I would be sorely tempted to shoot it too (after cleaning out the Cosmoline of course)!
I have a second C-96 for my shooter, pictured with my new broomie. Old ugly is on the left.

Also, a few more pics of my "Junk pile" from various angles.

Colt AR-15A2 target sporter I got back in 1992 right as the Clinton ban was being pushed. Has a old school Armson OEG sight on it but usually I use the iron sights instead. The A2 and A4 with removable carry handle with iron sights and round handguard is my favorite style AR either with 16" or 20" barrel.

Seeing all those rifles piled up like that on the floor reminds me of that kid's game called Pick-Up Sticks. It's where you have this stack of sticks and you try to remove a stick without moving any of the others in the pile.

Only in your case it would be like trying to pick up one of your rifles without scratching up another one close by!

View attachment 903362 First rifle I ever bought when I came of age to be able, I was financially challenge as a young man lol, but managed to get this Blue Sky import M1 Garand born in 1942 . Many many times I thought about refinishing it and cleaning it up but I always seem to say no in the end, it's beat up, dirty stock, that you can grab and sling it and carry it through anything and not worry about it, still shoot it in fact this pic is from two weeks ago testing S&B ammo in it.

How about A Japanese type 94? Arguably the worst and most dangerous auto pistol ever made. ( And damn sure the uglist ! ) Right? Crudely made and finished.... wait a minute...... One of these 94s is as finely polished, well fitted and beautifully rust blued as any luger or C-96 ever made. !!!I It's still dangerous to squeeze the wrong way.....but its beautifully dangerous....like a hot looking woman.

It is one of the pre-war commercial models, I've been told. Not sure I buy that one. I don't think the Japanese people were allowed to possess firearms in the 30s and I cant imagine much of a market elsewhere.

But I do know that this 94 is as beautifully made as any Baby Nambu or Luger I have ever held.

You should check out Forgotten Weapons. Ian is of the opinion that the Type 94 is actually a very good handgun for the time. It wouldn't be the first arm of the era to get an undeserved reputation.

Love the M1 Carbine duet; especially the one with the M1A1 folding stock!
M1A1 is the Blue Sky import Inland that came back from Korea back in the late 80's. Obviously not the original wood or stock bought it off a guy in the early 90's. It's my range shooter, the other one is more a collectible, sometime I plan on getting a full stock auto ordnance as another shooter, original military even CMP ones are just becoming too pricey to consider
