I have used my Garmin in the US of course, but also, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and the Middle East. Never needed a tooth pick. I suspect mine will be in Tuesday/Wednesday next week. Can’t wait to give it a try.
Worse GPS I ever had, it was a Xmas gift and was still mad someone spent money on it. Had 3 garmins over the years never a problem, still have one that's 12+ years old and still working.
I have been using shot view app on my iPhone and it's useful. It has more functions as you have a keyboard, on a phone. How is the garmin shot view app, dose it do anything other then log you shooting strings.
That could be the case. Mine seems to be really good with battery life. I wonder what the power consumption is and what ma/hr the battery is?My Zero charged up fine yesterday evening. I just unplugged it, still at 100%, not long ago, made sure I turned it off, and will keep an eye on the charge.
It is said to hold a charge well enough to use all weekend at a match. Sooooo, it should hold a charge much longer than that not being used...........
Maybe the battery pack needed "breaking in"
Got an older one. I agree. They are great when the power goes out or the fam goes away somewhere. Don't have to be captive to an outlet.Worth its weight in AmpHrs....
It will probably ship down to white plans down by me then shoot back up to you and waste a few days.My UPS tracking says mine is in Syracuse. Should have it Tuesday. Eurooptic always ships fast.
I have a couple of the Anker Brand batteries. They work well.
Interesting. I need to do that as well. I am going to do it 20+ yards and stopping (splattering) at the steel at 12 yards. The 20 yard range stuff does not seem to apply as a minimum. I shot with a large paper target as close as 3 yards and still got velocity in the same range as when at 20.
