Been thinking about it. A general thought is the more stuff you buy is the more stuff you have to maintain. Be it cars or homes or guns with that kind of money. I would probably stick multiple copies of those that I already use and like.

A decade ago, I actually designed a pistol that I'm absolutely certain would work. It also mated with a carbine ala mech tech. Both would be chambered in 7.62x25, both high capacity and possessed several neat-yet-practical features.
Since I've designed this firearm on a hobby level, I've actually seen some of those neat features incorporated into modern firearms, so I know I was on the right track.
Though this was a while ago, with that kind of money, I'd make it happen. Even if it was a run of 10 or less that remained with me.
If the rules were that they had to be existing firearms, I'd probably try to obtain a pristine example of every firearm used in both the Great War and WWII and perhaps a... T72 tank? Is that too much to ask?
In all honesty, I'd probably donate most of the money to people who I genuinely feel need it to keep their families warm and fed. I have a bleeding heart for good people and kids and that will probably be my downfall financially if I ever won a substantial sum of money. I'm not hardwired towards luxury anyway.

I would build/buy a huge compound in Arizona and then basically populate it with every NFA gun and device I could find, machine guns, destructive devices, flame throwers, definitely a few flame throwers, helicopters equipped with Dillon Mini guns. I think an underground bunker big enough to hold the worlds best gun collection in style (think like a Bond Villain) I would also build an ammo warehouse. I think with a few billion rounds of ammo?
Then, on to the range, I would construct outdoor and and indoor ranges like the world has never seen, the best, most innovative designers would have carte blanche to design shoot houses, street scenarios, long range sniper setups, CQB room clearing scenarios, plus all of the normal Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays, handgun and rifle ranges. I think an explosive range where every target is an easily replaceable binary target would be pretty fun. Definitely a heavy gunnery range where one could shoot with RPGs, wire guided missiles, howitzers and tanks would be fun.
I would then construct the ultimate reloading facility with training facilities to instruct up to 50 students at a time in the fine art of reloading.

Obviously I didn't win but had I won, buying land behind my club's range and setting up a trust separate from the club with an endowment that would pay the taxes for the next 50 years or so would have been high on my list.

Gun related? Just enough nearby land to be able to shoot out to three hundred yards, with no possibility of any development or people behind it. Add an authentic Sig 550 to the collection: the gun which (reportedly) the AR wants to be.

This. I'd also include a state of the art personal firing range (covered firing point, adequate berms, ATV for running out to the 300 yard targets, etc.)
Beyond that, there are certainly a not small number of guns I'd add to my collection, but I can't think of any one in particular that stands out at the moment.
