Thread will be close in 1,2.......

The woman is a perfect example of what happens when people are surprised...they freeze. They show that is happens a lot with active shooters. When the gun failed to fire THE FIRST TIME, she should have HAULED A$$!

For me it's a Ruger P95 or a Walther P99 clone (Magnum Research?). Both pistols aren't known to jam frequently... I would have loved to see the woman draw a .50 Desert Eagle after his first jam.

My shooting buddy was suffering from cranial/rectal inversion one day and managed to load a whole magazine full of 380's into one of his 9mm pistols. It shot once and then jammed up in some horrible way. I just about died laughing when he was still struggling with it at his house and his wife asked him what was the matter. His answer of "nothing" did not convince her. :)
I'm curious what kind of malfunction it had? We will occasionally use .380's to induce malfunctions in each other's 9mm's for training purposes. Usually it just fails to cycle the slide. Can't imagine how it would have jammed the gun up that bad.

We are supposed to be the high road. Racism not welcome here.
Who said anything racist?

Perhaps the guy is just stupid?...or very weak.
The gun may work just fine.

If I were that lady I would buy me a lottery ticket.

I could see certain idiots trying to put 9x18 mak into 9mm luger chambers. Could be an ammo incompatibility issue or this guy just didnt maintain his weapon properly.

Maybe stupid, but it looked like he was plenty strong and jerking pretty darn hard on that slide. And he seemed to know what to do so I doubt it was his first time firing a gun. I'm thinking it was a pretty rare malfunction/lucky moment for the woman. Only gun I've ever been brought that locked up that tight was an older unused colt commander that had a super tight barrel bushing. But it would fire the first round at least.
no idea how he got the gun to jam so bad on the first round unless he made an out of spec/wrong caliber round seat by hammering on the slide and it was slightly out of battery? Or maybe the safety locked the slide (like a hi-point) and he forgot to remove the safety? I cant imagine a stainless gun rusted itself that stuck either so maintenance isnt likely. If it fired then jammed I might think otherwise. Who knows
