I ordered 125 RN's June 16th and had them at my door in 3 days. I wasn't expecting them that fast because the website said "On Backorder". I put the order in anyway, and didn't expect to see them for several weeks. I'm sure Paul is doing his best to get his orders filled. I also ordered...
Never tried blue bullets but I'm able to load Acme 124 RN's slightly longer than the Brazos 125 RN's for my springfield xd which has a short throat. Currently loading Acme's at 1.080 OAL and they are working well for me. They hit the lands at 1.095 OAL vs the Brazos which hit at 1.055 OAL.
I try to shoot at least once per weekend, even if it's only for 30 minutes. If I take the wife and son it could be a couple hours and 400-500 rounds. I usually check the forums in the morning and then once or twice in the evening.
Reloading.....when time allows on the weekends, but I try to do...
I agree 100% on everything you have stated here, however....setting all variables aside, If I run 20 different sets of test loads at 10 rounds each and I notice that in each and every set their is one or two powders that produce consistent accuracy over others on a regular basis, I'm going to...
I ordered from Brazos and Acme on Tuesday. Brazos arrived yesterday and Acme will arrive tomorrow according to the tracking #. Walked into the local GS on Friday to see if he had any small pistol primers.......He had just gotten 40k in so I grabbed 2k. I should have enough supplies for the...
All my tests were done from a bench (no pistol rest) Just using bench top to help me steady. Springfield xd 9 mod 2 sub-compact.
When finished I will continue same test with my 3 other 9mm's.
I was going to limit this to 9mm but I figured I would leave it open to any caliber handgun. I ask this because I've seen hundreds of threads online in just about every forum regarding favorite powder or bullets. It got me to thinking....How many of these folks who recommended a specific powder...

I liked both powders and I have loaded up to 5.2 grains of CFE-P with berry's 124 Plated RN's. Actually...
I loved Oregon Trail laser cast before they got bought out but I have not tried them since. Rim Rock reduced the price by almost 50% which was awesome, but I noticed they had the BHN listed as 12 for those bullets rather than BHN of 24 which what Oregon Trail had them listed at. Not sure if...
I have the exact same thing happen and It's only with CFE-Pistol. 5.2-5.3 grains with berry's 124 RN's. 1.135 oal. I have some Hornady XTP's loaded up with CFE-P that I have not tried yet, going to see if I get the same results.
Got this one done. I didn't have any cardboard with cool graphics so I had my son cut one from a priority mail shipping box. Took some measurements and made a wrap around label for the box.
I thought the cardboard would be too thick but it worked out pretty well. I told my son to cut out 5...
I tried to print up some 9mm boxes but the template is larger than a sheet of pc paper. It will either print a portion of the template, or it will shrink it down to fit the paper which is no good.
Nevermind............I just read your post about printing in tiles.
