I would suggest getting a polymer lower receiver from New Frontier Armory. This would help save a lot of weight over a standard receiver. You can find them here:

Thanks Squarepants. The day after I got it I realized that I had gone to the gun store expecting to walk in and buy the LWRC M6A2, I wasn't even going to look at another gun, but this one stood out so much that I immediately gravitated towards it.

I'm a huge believer in being aware of your surroundings and adapting. When I'm jogging, I am in direct sight of at least 3-4 people (that I know very well) at any given time. I planned my route to avoid ANY area that would be tactically advantageous to a threat, and I made sure to give myself...
After reading the posts pointing out the issues with "going down", I would probably cut a piece of thick foam to fit inside a jacket pocket and cut part of the middle out (not all the way through it though) to fit an LCP or maybe even a derringer.
For a little more than the Tikka and a new stock, you could get the Kimber 8400 Advanced Tactical. I have no first hand experience with it, but I have done plenty of reading up on it, and I'm trying to get my hands on one. You could also go cheaper and get an FN TSR XP rifle.

I think your covered from squirrels up to large deer, but I'd rather have a larger caliber for anything larger.
It would be hard to afford buying 5 or 6 more calibers, I'm suggesting a 12 gauge.
