I would choose an HK, Sig or Glock before a 1911.

Some people favor TMJ ammo(No exposed lead), I've never had a problem with exposed lead base. Stick with 115-125 grain. No wolf, no Blazer.

Why would you want to take a firearm that is built like the proverbial Swiss watch and shoot that assortment of crappy ammo. Wolf ammo is made by people that get paid with vodka.

CZ P01, HK P7M8, HK 2000 is better than the Walther P99.

Going from a USP to a 1911 is a giant step backwards.

My 85B and P01 have no problem with HP ammo. CZ's just fit my hand better than Sig's.

I have a P2000 V-2. I'm not sure if I'm a fan yet, but it's starting to grow on me.

I find it strange that you have one thread going about 30 round mags for hunting and another about pistolgrip shotguns for killing zombies. Time to increase the dosage on your meds?

HK is making no visable attempt to bring any quanity of magazines in before the election. HK had ten years to get ready for Sept. and now there are next to no mags available, maybe after the election! The choice on my next purchase was between a Sig and HK. I won't be getting an HK!

For me the Mk23 was not a fun gun to shoot, enjoyable yes, but not fun. I had one for five years and when I sold it my next purchase was a CZ P01.

HK Mk23, had one for five years, just wasn't fun to shoot.

The reason the last round stovepipes is that the gun has no ejector and relies on the next round in the magazine to act as the ejector, empty mag equals no ejector.

The standard mags will be much shorter than 75 mags, but full capacity 75 mags will fit.
