7.62X39 and .22lr. Why? Because while a AK or SKS style rifle isn't the most accurate it is still about the cheapest ammo to bang away on and let my not so shooting friends have fun with that doesn't cost me a arm and a leg to let them shoot. And of course the .22lr is the best at that also, plus the .22lr is just plain fun.
