Hello all its been a while. I recently bought new glock 20 sf and finally got it where I'm comfortable on factory junk. I ordered new starline cases and some Hornady 180gr XTP projectiles. Also due to local lack of certain powders I am stuck with my not first choice but Alliant power pistol for powder. My first choice was going to be long shot.
I literally have almost zero load data on this combo. My real question would be if someone can point me in a good direction for another loading manual that might cover this combo? I usually stick to Hodgdon powders where I can usually find something through their website data. I also have a couple of other manuals that don't cover this combo. Close but not quite.
My goal is for this pistol to be my everyday day carry. I want to find a good business load for the woods. When I'm on two wheels or 4 if something were to go in a bad direction I want to have something that would be good for anything from black bears, tweaks, mountain lions or sasquatchs up here in the northern mountains of California.
