Well done, I say.
And nice watch and buck 110 also.

IMO, 10mm is an open carry caliber and I prefer to conceal carry. I'm never going to spend money on a Glock 29 or other compact 10mm. I would carry a 10mm revolver, but we're talking autos here I assume.

Im a big fan of 10MM but haven’t really considered the G29 due to its size. That being said, the Springfield XDM Elite 3.8 10MM isn’t much bigger but I like the way it shoots. I carry it in the winter months IWB CCW and have no concerns with it.
I haven't shot the Springfield 10mm's, I have nothing against them, but I'm sure there are smaller 10mm's than the Glock 29, but I have to think about if they're really worth me spending my money on simply so I could more easily conceal & carry a 10mm pistol.Im a big fan of 10MM but haven’t really considered the G29 due to its size. GP100, which is more an L frame, not an N frame.Just for reference here's a size comparison pic of the G29 I used to carry and an N-Frame. 15+1 vs. 6 (and good looks).
Finding a 3" 610 at any price is about impossible. I don't know how the 10mm Ruger SP101 compares in size.

I did the same. You now have the option of the Gen5 20 without finger grooves.
I agree with you, I tolerate the finger grooves but would much rather not have them. I end up dremeling them off and do a undercut on the right side of the trigger guard when I stipple my grips.
It’s .357 power but with 16 rounds aboard.
I have a new Gen 5 Glock 20. I love the gun, but it seems very picky about ammo. It runs some ammo like a Swiss watch (Blazer Bronze, PMC JHP's) but absolutely chokes on other "premium" ammo like Federal HST with FTF's. I read that 10 mm is often loaded quite soft these days and one needs to look for hot loads for most pistols to cycle properly. Have others experienced the same issue?
Nothing wrong with 10mm, I find it to be a little big for carry use even though I've carried a G29 before, it's still a bit large I suppose. I've had 10mm's off and on but I tend to feel that in my collection the 10mm has a bit of an identity crisis, even though I like the cartridge I wonder is it for carry use? If so smaller framed guns do better, I don't feel 10mm is needed for EDC. Is it for woods use or something? If I feel the need for more power I can whip out the .44's and .500's. Cool cartridge though, but I just tend to not keep it around for long and for me it's kind of a "jack of all trades but master of none" type situation with the 10mm.
