I'm a relative newbie to handguns (only own a CZ75 so far), but my brother is loaning me the following to get better acquainted. I've shot the XD's already, and after the trigger job he's done to them they are really smooth shooting guns. The 1911's don't shoot so bad either :) Anyhow, just wanted to share a few pictures. Enjoy.

Drool.....

:DThat Kobra Carry has got to be one of the sweetest looking pistols I've ever seen. You're a lucky guy to have a brother with such good taste!

those are some sexy gun porn pics, man ya'll don't skimp that is for sure. also great pics. i need to learn how to take good pics.

I would like to know about the Caspian also. I've heard good things about them.

My guns and picture aren't as cool, but I'd really like to see this expand into a big XD/1911 thread so I'll add my own.

Left to right: XD45ACP Service, XD40 Tactical in OD, XD9 Compact, Springfield Loaded with Punisher Novelty Grips :D

PS: I have the factory grips too that I put on when I want to be serious. The Punisher grips amuse me greatly however and make for funny pictures.

Wow! Andrew, your pics are awesome. That last one of the XDs does a superb job of making them look good! I think that's the first pic that I've seen that doesn't make them look like a Robocop prop gun. Most pics seem to be taken directly from the side or top, with the gun perpendicular to the camera...I think taking the pics from an angle really makes them look more stylish. Kudos.
