There appears to be just too much wrong with this thread to be worth rehashing the most tired debate in all of the shooting world.

To the OP: There are masses of data available on what various bullet types and sizes do in soft tissue or soft tissue with embedded hard structures. Pick a school of thought you like (oh, I guess you already have) and run with it.

If it makes you feel more confident that your bullets are 0.093" larger in diameter than someone elses, great. Consider the question settled in your mind and go practice.

.357", .452", .308" doesn't matter. Shot placement is king.
