Can't get powder here and only have some imr4350. Anyone try it in there 6.5prc? I have 140 Speer hot cor and some 147 hornady eld-m. I can't find any data for 4350, I know it's used in 6.5-284 and 6.5 rem mag 6.5-06 but no prc. Guess it's a little fast but I have a 24" barrel so may work,

or can anyone run it in quick load, I'd just like a starting point.

Did not say it could not be used ....but there are many powders that are better suited...

If you bothered to look at the data on the site(Hodgdon) I gave ....IMR 4350 is not listed at all.... for any bullet ....
I'm trying to hunt down powder but all the gun shops are out, my have to get it online if I can find cheap hazmat.

Since it doesn't list IMR 4350, I guess it isn't going to be much help for you, but Hornady does have data for this cartridge online since it isn't in the most recent manual. You can find it here:

https://www.hornady.com/assets/site/hornady/files/load-data/6.5-prc-v4.pdf

Of the other calibers you list that do use IMR 4350, it is used for lighter bullets than those you have.
I have about all the data that's out there, I'm probably going to order online. All the slower powders are gone around here.

It's o
Not listed there I looked earlier this morning. That's why he wanted quick load starting data.
I called that shop in Oneonta, they do well powder. But out of pretty much anything slower the 3031.

I know 4350 May not be best, tho it may be better with my 24" barrel then data's 26" barrel. I have everything to load but powder, I may have to buy a box of ammo. $ 40 around here, I could load like 80 rounds on one pound.

plus I'm thinking I'll switch my 7x57s and 7wsm over to h4831.
