Hodgdon lists loads for the 6x45 or 6mm/223 cartridge, and the Sierra 5th edition manual is another good source for data.

Actually, data for the 6x45 is almost identical to the 6mm TCU. The only main differences there are the shoulder angle & neck length. The 6mm ppc is a totally different case. I don't know, maybe the reloading data is the same but the cases are not at all. Go to - http://www.reloadersnest.com/rifle.asp for data. They list the 6x45 & the 6TCU also among several other 6mm cartridges data.

I load a 70gr Nosler Balistic Tip behind Winchester 748 in mine. I got a DPMS 24" upper on my AR. Shoots great!!! Will hold better then MOA.

It's the 6mmx39 and 6mmPPC that are essentially the same. The 6x39 has large primer pockets whereas the 6mmPPC has small primer pockets. There are other minor differences too.

As others stated 6x45, 6mm/223, and 6mmTCU are very similar

Of course, you can make your 6mmx39cases from Remington 7.62x39 brass, and then have small primer pockets, too................................
