"That's great if you are gonna wear a jacket two sizes too big!"
Another person who doesn't understand the concept of shoulder holsters.
OK.
Here we go.
You don't need to wear a jacket two sizes too big.
You need to wear a PROPERLY FITTED/FITTING jacket.
In fact, if you wear a jacket that's overly large for you, it no only doesn't hide the gun, it ACCENTUATES the fact that you're carrying a gun in a shoulder holster.
None of my jackets are two sizes too big for me, and I carry a shoulder holster a lot of the time, and have never had anyone spot it.
Why?
Because I choose my clothing carefully.
No, I can't wear the latest Eurotrend Fashions that are so skintight under the arms that I can't move (who the hell would want to, anyway?)
If I'm having a suit or sports coat tailored, I have the tailor work a little extra room in under the arms. I had one tailor have me bring the gun in for a fitting. Not the kind of service that you would expect from Today's Man...
But I can hide a Smith & Wesson Model 19 with a 4" barrel.
