Great call on adding an air gun forum! I don't have a picture on me, but here is a link to a gun I just received this weekend. It has semi-auto, 3 round and 6 round bursts. I've been having a blast with it! The only downside is that I blow through CO2 like crazy!!

Glad to see an airgun thread here. Here are my 2 latest builds. Souped up Crosman 2300"s.

Rcmodel- it amazes me that we have so similar tastes... I have been into RC and guns since the seventies. I see you often respond with similar results to mine on many subjects... although you have been even more experienced consistently over the years it seems.

I do find a lot of RC guys also are gun guys of some type...

Cool just noticed this was a new forum. Though i'm sure many gun owners may scoff at "airsoft" guns, like it or not I'm a frequent collector and player. Now I am getting into the more realistic gas blowback rifles which might finally get the mainstream gun owner crowd interested again. I think they will be more challenging during airsoft games, plus a way to train in my more urban setting for the day when I start owning centerfire rifles.

I will try to get some pictures up soon, got some pretty BA stuff so far but am still working on selling my old battery powered rifles to buy more magazines.

I bought this Beeman R7 (HW 30) over 30 years ago for $159. I still have it and was shooting it yesterday to check the zero with some of those lead-free Gamo pellets. It did not care for those Gamo's, but it will still shoot one ragged hole, at 30' all day, with lead wadcutters.

I used it to dispatch a couple of rogue rabbits that were enjoying my pea patch too much this summer.

I figure it has had ~10,000 pellets put through it, so I was thinking of getting a tune-up kit for it next year.

BTW, this sub-forum was a great idea. I am looking forward to browsing about to see what folks are using these days.

Here's Mine :)

On the left is my Remington Airmaster 77 (best airgun for the price, its a copy of the Crosman Classic 2100) and on the right is my Crosman Pumpmaster (Transitional Style in between the fake wood and the redesign of the stock)

I love my Airmaster for its consistently tight groups at 40 feet (i'm talking under half an inch from a rest! :)) and I like the Pumpaster for its intuitive 5 round pellet clip (It's what I would use for dispatching rodents)

Not shown in this picture but I have the Airmaster rigged with the scope it came with and I have a BSA laser sight on the Pumpmaster

My Beeman R7 named "Ellie".

Here's an old Sheridan Silver Streak. The stock has been refinished in times past, and not too long ago, I had to rework the internals when it stopped holding air.

Tallpaul, are those Weihrauchs and FWB124s?

the top set of rifles are all HW's or Weihrauchs... vintage hw 50's and a HW55 with an r7 on top...

I am a sucker for old HW and fwb's ... Ya mention the fwb 124- I have three 124D or deluxes and always wanted a FWB match gun so I got a FWB 601 here :p

I have more airguns and like a variety of them I have been a user and lover of quality airguns for many years from .177 to .50 cal

second picture is a FWB model 80, a gamo compact and a IZZY 46m

the last gun is my Benjiman marauder PCP in .22

Love it. Have a Winchester 435 from 1970, a Diana panther 34, a Benjamin from my jr. High days (50's), and a crosman 22 and a Sheridan blue streak. Penetration tests in modeling clay give the edge to the Sheridan and the rws(Diana). Game tests favor the Sheridan and the Bennie. If it goes "bang" or "twang", I'm all for it. 60 years shooting and going strong.

There are several kits for thr HW 30/R-&, One being the Jim Maccari Kit and another is the Vortec Syatem. Both are top quality to nme just 2 tunes.
There are several top tuners who do thr rifles and they come out great1
I have a .177 HW 30S whi am crazy ov3er! Super accurate and near recoiless!

I have a bunch of airguns but not too many pics of them.

Geco Diana Model 27:

My dad bought the Diana back in the 70s and gave it to me in January. It's a really nice shooter.

Well I have several rifles and pistols but with the exception of my IZH46m (which is a FANTASTIC pistol) these three are far and away my favorites. They are three of my favorite pistols period be they powder burners or not.
