Ammo App for iPhone

Just downloaded it. It's fantastic for my simple needs. Allows me to keep track of all of my firearm info in one place.

One request, though. Can we get a lock or password or something to make the info a little more secure?

I know it's going to sound like a cop out but the best option in that regard is to lock the phone instead of any individual App. Even with a lock in the App if someone gets you phone and connects it to the Mac/PC there's readily available Apps to download the data file which can then be easily read.

Thanks for the kind words. If you feel so motivated you could post a review on the App Store.

Best Regards

Working on support for iOS 7 so it should be good at Apple's ship date in the fall.

Thanks

Looks Great!
I agree with the suggestions on the app store page,
for upgrades. And one other thing, it is cheaper to
market Android apps, if you have time to develop them!
Luckily, I have an iPhone :D

Oh you kids!
Anything yet for my Nokia 2600 phone??
I think it can send text messages somehow, but I don't know how yet.

Apps?
Like in a zoo monkey island?

I keep track of my ammo with masking tape and a Sharpie pin on the boxes & on the GI ammo cans the ammo is in.

It's quicker to do, and doesn't crash if the phone or computer does.

KIDS???

lol
As of this post, my post count = my age! (nearing fitty!)

I have a rough count of my ammo in notepad on my phone,
and a real count in the cabinet. It's nice to have it on the computer.
BUT, and this is a big one,
DO NOT USE I-CLOUD!!!

Stupid NSA monitoring all that stuff, so I'd be careful of these "apps"
and make sure they do not transmit YOUR AMMO INVENTORY across
cell towers OR the interwebs! You know those ba$****$ are watching!
:what:

Just posted an iOS 7 compatible version to the App Store. Should be available in a week or so. Also adds the ability to Backup/Restore to Dropbox which greatly simplifies sharing one database between multiple iOS devices.

All you iPhone people and your cool toys...

This is one of those rare times when I wish I had one instead of a Droid. Looks like a really cool app.

There is a similar app for android. Called gun vault. It tracks ammo and more. I use it and it works great.
