i picked up a Sig P938 I guess because I just wanted it. It would never be my primary unless I was really concealing deep.

It appears to be a fine made pistol. I have not shot it it yet. Trying to figure out a good holster for it. The thumb safety is a little difficult, but manageable. I wished it had a grip safety.

It would work great for the day I feel a back up is needed. If I can keep my wife's hands off it I will be lucky.

Anyone have one? Likes and dislikes?

I prefer striker and DAO pocket pistols for my concealed carry work - I want as few of operations between "oh schitt" and "bang" as I can get. So I don't carry my 938's as often as my others, but I absolutely love the pistol.

It's really the only 9mm pocket pistol I own which I can say is supremely functional and surprisingly accurate as a range pistol. With most of my other similar size concealed carry pieces (a couple dozen of them), I feel like I'm making a concession at the range, or I don't enjoy the recoil after about 50-75 rounds. Shooting the 938 for currency practice, I'm comfortable and accurate as long as I want. I've been tempted to take it after coyotes this winter, just to say I did, instead of my normal Glock 19.

You bet I carry a P 938, the best little 9mm going for CC not that I am biased. Actually I carry my P238 more often because of it's size and ease of carry but if I want a real pistol the 9mm is the way to go. My Sig is a good pointing and easy firing pistol, I use the extended magazine as it gives a better hold and manages the light recoil better. IMy Sig is 100% reliable so I have no complaints and would trust it if needed, I use a kydex IWB holster as I will not carry a S/A pistol in my pocket loose.

I carry a P938 just about everywhere I go. It's comfortable to carry and has come to be my prime carry. On top of that, it is a great gun to shoot. When I go to the range, which is usually a couple times a week, I always run between 25 & 50 rounds through it.

Rose wood on blue, 938 iwb which u can almost forget is there.... It is such an easy carry, u don't leave it at home and that in its self can make all the difference in the world....

I typically keep a Glock nearby, but I've found the P938 about perfect for the majority of my carry needs. I'm carrying it in a Crossbreed IWB and it just disappears. It's a light and small pistol with excellent sites and mine is quite accurate. The trigger may be SA, but the pull is heavier than what you'd expect on a 1911. I've heard of some people not liking the small safety, but it's been very positive and secure for me; zero issues.
