Agreed-- I love mine, and wish I would have passed on the Stag 2 at $800 and got the GMMG BB M4 carbine....The CMMG BB 18" 1/7 is a good rifle, even if you don't knoe exactly whats in it, it still tends to be better than BM, RRA, Delton etc.
But still this is all just random opinions until you tell us exactly what the rifles purpose is.
My opinion: Get a Colt LE6920
no freakin way?! really? I'd be interested too if that's a factI have not seen, but have heard that Smith and Wesson M&P's can be had for around $700 to $800...I would jump on that.
uh, the RRA is chambered in 5.56Negative on the RRA in .223, same price as a Stag that can handle 5.56.
Try this upper in 1/7:

plus this lower:

then add a BCM bolt carrier assembly and charging handle
this is more like the RRA you mentioned?:

The Leupold was around $300 eight years ago. It has been rebuilt by Leupold twice at no charge. It is on it's third AR-15 now.FMJMIKE, Nice man. I bet that Leupold cost you a pretty penny
More than the rifle itself??
