I'm trying to figure out what grain I should try for best accuracy 130, 140, or 150. I'm going to try out the Winchester Silver Tip Ballistic or could you recommend a better bullet

They only way you will find out is to try a variety. Each gun is different from the next, so we can't tell you what your gun will shoot well and what it won't.

Are you reloading or using factory ammo? If you're reloading, I've had really good luck with 130gr SST's over 54.3 gr H4350. I was getting good results with one of the go to powders for .270, H4831sc, but accuracy wise the H4350 load blew it out of the water. Obviously you should work up to that load, but if you're after accuracy, it's worth a try.

As far as what weight of bullet is likely to shoot best in a particular rifle, I'm with allaroundhunter, the only way to know is to actually shoot the rounds in question.
Even that's not going to be definitive for all bullets of a particular weight, different loads and bullets might give different results.

As far as recommending a "better" bullet, we need to know the intended use for the rifle/ammo combo.

The best coyote bullet is likely to be different from the best elk bullet, one meant purely for shooting targets will be different from both of the others.

I am trying to find the bullet that will work best for long range deer hunting. I hunt west river South Dakota and I could be taking shots out to 300 or 400 yards. My longest shot there to date is 295. I have got a new Rifle since. I used my father in-laws Rifle for this hunt. I got my BAR 270 Longtrac for my birthday last year & would love to get this gun at least 1 to 2 inch groupings at 100yds. I normally zero in at 200 yds. Any help would be great:) I'd like to add that I have tried Hornaday SST 130 with not a very good grouping at all id say it was all over the place.

Still not quite sure whether you are looking for a bullet to load yourself, or an existing factory load... I'm going to guess factory load, and if you tried the factory Superformance SST loads, I'm not terribly surprised that they didn't group, I haven't had great accuracy with them in different calibers. If you're not loading, there isn't a whole lot anyone can tell you besides go buy several different factory loads and try them out in your title.
