Beretta 21 Bobcat 22LR opinions?

The .32 is quite a bit larger and for .25, if a DA/SA action is what the OP is looking for, there's only two I know of the Beretta model 20 and Walther TPH. Beretta is no longer made, the TPH is pricey.
Beretta made the 21A in both calibers, .22lr and .25acp. Both calibers are DA/SA. They are identical except for the centerfire Vs rimfire feature. If I were going to carry a 21A it would be the centerfire for better reliability. I own both, like both but I carry another Beretta, a Pico, because it has better carry properties IMHO.

I tried a late-model Pico.

It shot very low and had several stoppages with Fiocchi fmj. After about 300 rds a gave up and sold it to a family member with disclosure.

The M21A in .25 is my favorite "pocket gun". I have one in .22lr as well but it's not reliable enough for SD.

I've not found a .32 or .380 similar in size to the 21A .25 like better than the M21A.

The Kel-Tec .32 came close but i couldn't shoot it near as well as the M21A and .32 from a short barrel isn't a substantial enough power upgrade. (50 gr @ 750 fps vs 73 gr @850 fps) In addition the Kel-Tec would sometimes fail to ignite imported ammo primers that my .32 Cheetah's always do.

I've never had a Beretta 950, 21A .25's or Cheetah .32 / .380 ever fail to light a primer in about 10k rounds total.

My second favorite pocket gun is a Ruger LCR or S&W J-frame.
