On the original question, I've become partial to the Speer Gold Dots. I load 75's for my 1:8 Criterion-barreled carbine and they're sub-MOA.
They also come in 55gr and 62gr. Have some 55's i need to give to a buddy of mine to try in his 1:12 Daewoo.

Kinda moot at the moment, though. Can't get them anywhere...

-I- don't have a shortage of them...have about a case on hand, and another 500 heads to reload. But it's tough to recommend something to people, that they can't have...
