Hello gents,

Long time listener, first time caller.

I'm an obsessive hobby shooter and I've been reloading for a few years now. I have a Forster coax for my Precision rifle loads and a Hornady LNL AP for any high volume stuff. I shoot Alot of supressed subsonic blackout.

So I saw Palmetto State Armory's sale on Hornady Ammo plants and pulled the trigger. After ordering, I read in a few places that the 30 cal rifle bullet feeder cannot accommodate blackout due to the short case not actuating the die. I almost cancelled the order but decided I would keep it and use it for everything else at volume.

My question is for guys doing large amounts of blackout. I usually load 300 cartridges or so in a sitting on my manual progressive. But now I'm interested in going automated, at least for case and bullet feeding. What is out there for a setup? My friend has a very sophisticated Dillon setup that I'm going to take a tour of later this week.

I've got a great recipe for 208 amaxs subsonics that cycle semi auto in both 10 inch and 16 inch barrels if anybody wants it.

Thanks in advance,

Joe

I dont have a load I wish to crank out hunndreds for yet but have prepped a bunch of brass.

I built a machine to rough cut 223 cases that will cut over 2000/hr to a length that is .020" longer than final trim length.

I used a Dillon trimmer along with a GSI tool head and die designed for 300 blk.

.223 on the right 300 blk on the left.

On the 650, I used the large pistol plate and the orange (357mag) case feed adapter at first then switched to the white .223 adapter (seemed to work as good or better) next time I will try the small rifle case feed plate.

My first thought on a bullet feeder would be the mrbulletfeeder.
