I don't know if "most" is correct. I haven't made a complete summary of all 50 states, but I surveyed the laws of about 20 states and only two of them had any open carry restrictions on length.The knife in the OP's video would be illegal on the streets in most of the USA.

They're not trying to deal witk "Knife Crime" they're trying to disarm the population and they're doing a damn good job of it.
He doesn't have the stones to say that criminal gangs of illegal migrants have no place on their streets, so.....knives it is.
