Browning A-Bolt Action

I'd like to know the specifications and the design of the Browning A-Bolt action.
What specifications are you looking for?

As to the design its a low lift pushfeed using an internal detachable magazine, so the action dosent have its own feed rails.
The bolt bits are all seperate, so coupled with the magazines being your feed control mechinism they are completely modular within their action lengths.
Barrels are shouldered, recoil lugs are washer type, and a little shorter/thinner than say a 700 or a savage.
If theres flaws its rhe wierd little roller bearing on the cocking cam. Ive never seen it have issues, but ive read that they do sometimes. Also the internal DM mag is my favorite design feature, but it also necessitates the guns be wider and taller thru the middle than absolutely necessary. Compared to MOST other bolt actions its noticeable but not significantly so....compared to the Xbolt that replaced it, the abolt seems pudgy.....or perhaps the Xbolt seems anorexic..... admittedly Im not a huge fan of the Xbolts stock feel tru the middle, too round and thin....other wise also a fantastic rifle.

Ive only owned one Abolt 2, but its been my favorite rifle, and rifle action, for a long time. All thru highschool my buddys family used A-bolts, and i shot theirs enough to know really like them.

Yup Three lug.

The mags are cheaper on ebay, but they USUALLY arnt cheap.....i actually got the mags for my .375 ruger build for 10 bucks a piece.
They also dont usually get lost as you dont have to remove the mag to quick load, just flip down the floor plate.

Taking the bolt all the way down took about 2 and a half mins.
With a pinned recoil lug, fitted and head spaced barrels you could cartridge family swap one of these in 5 mins....this one started life as a 7mag.
You can top, bottom, or chuck rounds into mine. Im not sure if thats universal for them tho.
