I inherited a Browning A-5 12 GA from my uncle, (hadn't touched it in years) I took it out to shoot, and it went great. But my real question is; what is its origin and value? The Serial # is 3410 with an M above it. It has a smooth barrel, with no rib, Says "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS Mo" with "Made in Beligium" on the right side. the barrel bears the serial #B 3786 on the lower left side under the guard, but a # 409 with a D is above it in the top that goes into the receiver. It has alot of scrolling on the receiver with a tiny picture of John Browning. It has European style stock with the rounded bottom. the safety is located behind the trigger. There is no browning buck logo. I've searched online and can't find squat.

We really need clear pictures of all that info in order to really be able to give you any meaningful info...then we can help.

I've followed a BUNCH of them on Gunbroker when I was looking a=for one a few months back. Seemed like the shootable junkers went for around $400, the nice ones in the $700 to $800 range and over a thousand (and waaay up) for the pristine Belgiums. You can date that weapon by serial number on Browning's website.
