Hello - I recently acquired a Hi Power Practical in 9mm. It is in beautiful condition, I'd be surprised if the previous owner fired 50 rounds through it. The silver frame does not have a mark on it, nor does the black slide. It's a '95 - made in Belgium, assembled in Portugal. It has it's original box and one of the two magazines. I'm trying to figure out value and thought I'd start asking here. I can provide pics if anyone wants them.

Thanks in advance

Rob

It is worth the exact amount you can get someone to pay you for it. Not a penny more not a penny less.

I would hold on to it if I were you, and if you are going to sell it wait 6 months and see what the prices do. They just stopped making them, so it will be interesting to see how collectors react.

Collectors of Practicals have not changed their approach mainly because practicals have not been manufactured for many years. Off the top of my head they have not been produced since somewhere around 2010. The most recent official announcement of the end of BHP production has little bearing on Practicals outside of impulse buyer who don't know any better.

Int'resting, I was under the impression that the practicals until recently were still being produced.
