Buying .223 online?

Where are you guys buying online and what are you buying? I am thinking of either a 500 round case of Wolf or Brown Bear, both run about 100 bucks through J&G Sales or Sportsmans Guide.

Wolf is hte cheapest dirtiest ammo around. I don't care how cheap it is I won't feed it to any of my firearms.

good .223 is almost impossible to get right now I just ordered another 500 rounds for $250 from ammoman.com. It's swiss and aparently not bad ammo. Due to the lack of it I'll shoot 100 rounds as soon as I get it next week and then send in an order for another 500 if I like it.

Federal American, Remington & winchester is the ammo I generally use. I can;'t find it anywhere and places like midwayusa.com won't have more until August.

I've always had good luck with Wideners and they don't overcharge on the shipping like some places.

I just received a case of AE 55gr stuff yesterday, it was shipped from NY on Monday via UPS ground. Total for the 500 rounds was about $162, below is the link to the post on TFL:

Wolf is the only ammo my AR has "tasted"!!!
Don't know why you wouldn't use it.
Yes,it's dirty,but if you clean her every 500 rds.,you
don't have to worry about it .

I just placed an order for 500 rounds of Wolf! I have put Wolf through more than a few of my guns and plan to keep shooting it.
