You sometimes see on old black powder rifles. REAL long brass scopes from way back in the day?

Cool, thank you!

I have seen ones on oldschool rifles that are brass, do you think they are just worn examples of the Malcolm scope?

Would love to find one I could afford for one of my muzzle loaders.

I think they are actually similar to what Malcolm makes, but in brass tubes.

If they are not actually limited run by Malcolm, then I'd say that they are likely not as high quality as the Malcolm scope.
There was a company called Wollensack that made brass tubed rifle scopes as well as steel, but you apparently need to find them in an online auction.
Tasco also for a time made replica 1903 and 1860 brass scopes. Again you have to find them used. Often they don't come with the mounts which are necessary to adjust the scopes for windage and elevation.
