I plan on making my own...just been too busy.

Depending on the the clothes and the gun for the day it's either Bianchi or Blackhawk.
 
Custom made by me for me - leather/Kydex hybrid, left-hand IWB. Similar to those made by and shown in rustygray's post. I use some beige Kydex that I got surplus locally. Cost me less than 10 bucks for a full 4' by 8' sheet of the stuff. It was originally to be used in aircraft interiors. Not marked with the Kydex brand, but has the same thermoplastic properties and forms just like it.
 
I roll my own.

KSCCH Trainer, where are you in Kansas? I'm pretty close to the northeastern end...
