Sometin about a "SS" 1858-63 Remington Army that is just wrong to my thinkin
I owne one too , the super huge long barreled one from Peitta . I don't think it's so wrong I can get rid of it though .........But it's still wrong .
What's realy wrong is you only having one ASM in "SS" , and the ability you have to make a double rig , so this means you actually must buy another "SS" ASM .
Build a Double Crossdraw Rig first , wife will understand the need , after gun gets to your house that way .... Yeh , that's the ticket

DJ I was thinking about that but before I go down that road I want to get some nice grips to go on the one I have. When I can do that then I will get another and do the double rig.
Johnny Ringo Style. I love that rig. But I dont really want to become known as the Hollywood Rig Guy.
Not that there is a problem with that. But I like my one off rigs.

Doesn't mean you need to make one for yourself with his Initials on it
I am sure with your talent you could still make it a one off "BBG RINGO RIG " instead , and still not infringe too much on the exactness of his version . .
Plus everything you make is technically one at time , so they are are really one off anyways .
I guess you better get on dem grips then since you need another "SS" now ! .......Get-R-Done

I guess your right about the Johnny Ringo rig.
One day while I was at home Depot I found a 3 foot piece of Sugar maple that is just screaming to be made into some grips I have had this piece of wood for about 4 months now and have no time to cut into it.
One of these days I guess

I got tipped a half hide last year from one of my clients I remodelled there house . They gots Cattle , Lammas , and sheep and stuff . They had this cow hide brain tanned and smoked up real pretty , nice soft earthy tone , soft as my , oh never mind , but I realy need to break it out and start whippin out a rig or two . But like your grips , I aint got the time , hee hee hee . I call all that stuff liquid assetts , the idea rolls around my tounge in my spit , till it becomes a real assett when I sit down and actaully make it into sometin . I have a room full of liquid assetts . I bet you do too !

South of Boca you say , heck , I couldn't stand Lake City for long and it was 40 miles from the border of Georgia ! My biker club was on the Treasure Coast , I hated going there from Lake City , it just got more unfamiliar languaged as I travelled South ? My tribe is there too on the Okkeechobee , but I can't stand going there anymore , it's like traveling to Peurto Rico now . :banghead:

Yes , your ASM needs a mate for sure , someday ..It is beautiful , no doubt about it . Throw it in a Pollished Pink Leather Cheyene Holster rig and would sure look good in Miami

Let me explain I am a Arizona Hillbilly come from a town of 2200 and that is when the snow birds are there.
I have been in South Florida On and off for 30 years I HATE South Florida. I go home every year for 2 weeks
and My Brother and I go hunting and or shooting. Dont have to pay no dam range fees.
On my web site on the blog page at the top that is a pic of my 10 acres right outside town I grew up in.
The next thing is to start building my house. Right in the middle of it. And when its done Im gonna go home.
Then all my stuff is gonna mail out of Arizona.
