Chest Holster for S&W 460V

Does anyone have recommendations for a good chest holster for the 5” S&W 460? It would be used when hunting.

Check out Diamond D out of Alaska. There chest rig is called the guides choice. I'v got one for a python. Works well for any revolver of similar size.

Which one do you prefer between the two?

I use the 5.11 2-Banger for my M460V. It's not perfect, but was very affordable.

Which one do you prefer between the two?

I love the Diamond D all-leather rig. It‘s a beautiful rig that I use for my Ruger new model Blackhawk 45 Colt. But for all-weather hunting/woods gun for my Springfield 10mm and S&W 629 3”, I like the Gunfighters Inc. Leather vs synthetics is often times user preference. I like them both but for different reasons. They are both great chest holsters.

I second the Diamond D they make great holsters. I have one of Dave’s hip holsters for my 629 that was made in the 90’s and works and looks as good as ever.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up going with a Gunfighters Inc Kenai since I was able to pick up a brand new one for less than $110 after tax and shipping on eBay.

The DiamondD is excellent. I also like the El Paso Saddlery Tanker rig enough to have four of them. Surprisingly, it is made for the X-frame.

That tanker is interesting. I might have to try that one for my Redhawk as well.

Just noticed they don’t make it for a 5.5”. Wonder if it may still work.

They do, it's just under a separate listing for 5 1/2" - 8 3/8" barrels.
